Pro unlocks 1TB storage, unlimited clients and team members, custom domains, 4K playback, priority support, and removes the 'Powered by MyStdio' badge from your client portal.

Pro is $25/month flat — no per-seat fees. New subscribers pay $10/month for the first 3 months. Pay yearly and save 20% (works out to $20/month). Cancel anytime, no questions asked. Existing subscribers keep their original rate when prices change.

Free includes 5GB of storage. Pro includes 1TB. If you outgrow your tier, you can add 500GB blocks for $10/month each — add or remove them anytime. We host every video on Bunny Stream and transcode to multiple resolutions automatically, so storage is for the original source plus the rendered variants.

Yes. Every account — Free or Pro — gets full custom branding (logo, dark-mode logo, brand color, email logo) and a free subdomain at yourcompany.mystdio.com. Pro accounts can also connect a custom domain like portal.yourcompany.com, and the 'Powered by MyStdio' badge is removed across the entire portal.

Upload a video and share a secure link with your client — public, password-protected, or private. Reviewers leave timestamped comments anchored to the exact frame they're talking about, with threaded replies for back-and-forth. When a version is ready, clients approve with one click; if it isn't, they leave a rejection reason. Each new cut is tracked as a version of the same deliverable so your history stays clean.

You do. Your videos, comments, quotes, invoices, and client records are yours. We act as a data processor — our Data Processing Agreement at /legal/dpa covers the standard terms. You can delete a tenant at any time; we honor deletion requests and only retain financial records as long as the law requires. Need a bulk export? Email support and we'll help.

Cancel anytime from billing — no calls, no retention scripts. Your account drops back to the Free tier at the end of your current period, so you keep access to your projects, branding, and existing clients within the Free limits. If you're over the Free caps, your data stays read-only until you upgrade or remove what you don't need. Re-subscribe whenever you're ready.

Out of the box: Bunny Stream for video hosting and transcoding, Stripe for payments and subscriptions, and Resend for transactional email. Connect your social accounts on any plan to publish straight to Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube, with optional AI-assisted captions, hashtags, and titles available as pay-as-you-go credits. We don't have Zapier or a public webhook API yet — tell us what you'd like and we'll prioritize it.

All connections use 256-bit SSL, access is role-based, and we run automated daily backups. There's a feedback button inside the app for bug reports, feature requests, and questions — every Pro account gets priority support, and we read every message from every account.
