Sub-processors

MyStdio, a product of Zyon Entertainment Pty Ltd (ABN 24 640 498 997, 383 Pitt Street, Sydney NSW 2000, Australia) (we, us), engages third-party sub-processors to provide the MyStdio platform (the Platform), in the categories and locations set out below. Each sub-processor may process personal data on our behalf, subject to contractual data protection obligations.
This page is the current Sub-processor List referred to in Appendix A of our Data Processing Agreement. We are committed to keeping this list accurate and up to date, and to notifying you before we engage a new sub-processor, as described in Changes to this list below.
What is a sub-processor?
A sub-processor is a third party we engage to process personal data in connection with providing the MyStdio platform, such as an infrastructure host, a storage or delivery network, a payment processor, or an AI service provider. Sub-processors act on our instructions and are contractually required to protect personal data to a standard consistent with our own obligations under applicable data protection law.
For security reasons, we do not publish the individual names of our sub-processors on this public page. A current, itemised list of our named sub-processors is available to our customers on request by emailing privacy@mystdio.com, and forms part of our Data Processing Agreement.
Categories of sub-processors
The table below lists the categories of sub-processors we currently engage, the purpose for which each category is engaged, where the processing occurs, and the transfer mechanism relied on for any transfer of personal data outside your country of residence.

Changes to this list
We may add or remove sub-processors, or change the categories or locations above, from time to time as our service evolves. Before we engage a new sub-processor to process personal data on your behalf, we will give you at least 30 days' advance notice by updating this list and, where you have provided contact details for this purpose, by email. You will have the opportunity to object to a new sub-processor on reasonable grounds related to data protection, in which case we will work with you to find a mutually acceptable solution, consistent with Sections 3.5 and 7 of our Data Processing Agreement.
- We publish the current version and date of this list at the top of this page.
- Material changes (adding a new category of sub-processor, or changing the location or transfer mechanism for an existing category) will be notified at least 30 days in advance.
- Non-material changes (such as a correction to a purpose description) may be made without advance notice.
- To object to a new sub-processor, to request the itemised list, or to ask a question about this list, contact us at privacy@mystdio.com.

This Sub-processor List forms part of, and should be read together with, our Data Processing Agreement and our Privacy Policy. If there is any conflict between this page and the Data Processing Agreement, the Data Processing Agreement prevails.
